Dennis Songer (the owner) chose AA Advanced Restoration Systems Inc., for the DBA of his franchise for a reason.

Dennis teaches his 7 children and his employees to live life by some simple rules:
- Live in integrity.
- Be accountable for your actions.
- God. Whatever that looks like for you but have him in your life.
- Family. Work on yourself first. You can't give to your family without teaching yourself first.
- Your word. Your word is who you are. Your word is your bond. Do what you say.
- Gifts of life. Always look for the gift. In all that happens to us, good and bad, there are gifts that we receive from life. Try to see more than what is happening to you at any given moment.
- And for God's sake have fun. There is nothing so bad or holy that it can't stand a little laughter.
