- Plumber dispatched by EXTREME RESTORATION to perform a Leak Detection. This will determine the origin of the damage.
- At the property owner's discretion, the Plumber can repair the leak. It is the property owner's responsibility to pay for the Plumber and any repairs made. Home Insurance generally covers the resulting damage(s) caused by the leak.

- Crews will need access to the property for daily monitoring of the drying process (multiple days).
- If applicable, mold affected areas are contained and the direction of a qualified health professional is requested.
- Removal of any mold-affected materials must be done at the direction of you, your insurance company representative and/or a hygienist. The process of mold removal (remediation) can take several days due to the necessary steps involved.

- The completed estimate is sent to your insurance adjuster for approval.
- Please contact your insurance adjuster directly for any questions or concerns about the coverage of your policy.
- Once approved, a copy of our estimate can be sent to you.
- The estimator will provide you with an applicable work authorization.
Before EXTREME RESTORATION can schedule any work, the following three items must be completed:
- A signed Work Authorization
- Payment of your deductible and/or deposits
- A signed material selection order with confirmed product availability (this is critical and causes the most time delays)
RESTORATION AND COMPLETION PHASE
- The Project Manager will contact you to coordinate consistent access to the property during regular business hours. For those people who work away from the home, a lock box can be provided.
- A project schedule will be created.
- There may be a different and specialized technician assigned to each task. Many technicians will contact you directly during the restoration phase depending on what they are responsible for.
Your availability and involvement are key to a prompt completion and your overall satisfaction. Inevitably, questions and circumstances arise that will require your input. The more quickly you respond, the sooner we are able to finish the project.
Once the work is completed, we will require the following:
- A signed job completion form
- Full Payment
